Description
Most supplement stores look the same — white backgrounds, clinical fonts, stock photos of people jogging. VERDAWELL wanted nothing to do with that. Their products are rooted in nature and their store needed to feel exactly like that — rich, grounded and worth trusting.
The Challenge: VERDAWELL carried a wide range across collagen, prenatal vitamins, and daily wellness supplements — but their catalog breadth was working against them. Customers landing on the store couldn’t quickly identify which product was right for their specific need, and the visual presentation wasn’t doing enough to justify the premium price point. Without clear navigation by health goal and a stronger ingredient story, shoppers were leaving for brands that looked more established even when the product quality didn’t come close.
Our Approach: We anchored the entire store in VERDAWELL’s natural identity. Deep greens, warm golds, and ingredient-forward photography replaced the sterile aesthetic their category defaults to. The homepage led with “Daily Wellness” as a lifestyle statement, not a product category — drawing customers in with aspiration before guiding them toward the right supplement for their specific goal. Product pages were restructured around transparency, with key nutrients, sourcing details, and subscription options laid out in a way that rewarded the detail-oriented shopper without alienating the one who just wants to feel better and get on with their day.
Results & Impact: Average order value increased by 37% within the first 60 days, as improved cross-category navigation encouraged customers to build multi-supplement routines rather than buying a single product. The Marine Collagen Capsule became their top-converting product page after the redesign, with the expanded nutrient breakdown directly credited by the team for reducing pre-purchase support questions by nearly a third.
