Business travelers are a ruthless audience — they know exactly what they need, they’ve been burned by cheap gear before, and they have zero patience for a store that wastes their time. ROMACRAFT built products for people like that. We built them a store to match.
The Challenge: Travel gear is a considered purchase. Buyers are comparing capacity, materials, carry-on compliance, laptop protection — the list goes on. ROMACRAFT had engineered answers to every one of those questions into their products, but the store wasn’t communicating any of it. Feature details were vague, the product range felt disorganized, and there was nothing on the page that spoke directly to the business traveler’s specific frustrations. Generic travel store energy was killing a brand that was anything but generic.
Our Approach: We restructured the entire store around the business traveler’s mindset — someone who packs with purpose and buys with intention. The hero made the value proposition immediate: stress-free business travel, full stop. The Navigator Pro Pack product page was rebuilt as a proper feature breakdown, walking buyers through every detail that mattered — organization systems, build quality, carry dimensions — in a format that answered questions before they were asked. The collection browse was reorganized by travel scenario rather than product type, making it easier for customers to shop the way they actually think.
Results & Impact: ROMACRAFT’s Navigator Pro Pack became their highest converting product within 30 days of the new store going live. Feature section engagement on product pages increased by 53%, confirming that their audience wanted the detail — they just needed it presented clearly. Overall store revenue climbed by 38% in the first quarter post-launch as improved navigation helped customers discover complementary pieces across the travel essentials range.
