MINTWELL is redefining everyday oral care with products that are cleaner, smarter, and better for the planet. They needed a store that communicated that mission without preaching it — we built them a Shopify experience that earns trust quietly and converts confidently.
The Challenge: Wellness is a crowded space, and first impressions online carry enormous weight. MINTWELL had genuine press credibility — featured in Forbes, Vogue, Cosmopolitan, and more — but their storefront wasn’t leveraging any of it. The product benefits were buried, the how-to content was scattered, and new visitors had no clear reason to believe the brand was worth switching to. For a product that asks customers to change a daily habit, that lack of clarity was costing them sales every single day.
Our Approach: We structured the entire store around one goal — building enough trust for a first-time visitor to make the switch. The hero led with a direct, confident statement and product imagery that felt premium without feeling clinical. Press logos were brought into the above-the-fold experience immediately, lending third-party credibility before the customer had scrolled an inch. The homepage then walked visitors through exactly what makes MINTWELL different — a dedicated “Why We’re Better” section, a step-by-step How To Use guide, and real customer testimonials presented in a format that felt earned rather than manufactured.
Results & Impact: Within the first two months post-launch, MINTWELL saw a 36% increase in new visitor conversion — a direct result of the trust-first homepage structure. The “Why We’re Better” section became one of the most scrolled elements on the site, and press feature visibility drove a 28% uplift in branded search traffic as more customers arrived already knowing the name.
