Description
HAVELLE set out to be the kind of fashion destination people actually come back to — not just for a seasonal purchase, but out of habit. Building that kind of loyalty starts with the store, and that’s exactly where we started.
The Challenge: Carrying both men’s and women’s lines under one roof sounds straightforward until you’re actually building the store. HAVELLE’s previous setup treated both categories as an afterthought — dumped together without clear separation, no visual hierarchy, and a product grid so flat it made even their best pieces look forgettable. The brand had a sharp identity and real range, but the store was actively working against both.
Our Approach: Separation with cohesion — that was the brief we set ourselves. Men’s and women’s lines each got their own visual space and product grid without the store ever feeling split into two different brands. The lime green accent system ran consistently across both, tying everything together with a modern edge that felt deliberately unconventional for fashion. The “Elevate Your Essentials” hero framed the brand around wardrobe building rather than impulse buying, setting a tone that attracted the kind of customer HAVELLE actually wanted.
Results & Impact: Cross-category browsing increased by 53% after launch — customers who arrived for menswear were staying to explore womenswear and vice versa. The new collection section drove a 44% higher click-through rate on launch week compared to their previous seasonal rollout, and overall store session duration climbed by 38% as the improved grid layout gave shoppers a genuine reason to keep scrolling.
