Description
Furniture is one of the hardest categories to sell online — people want to sit on it, feel it, see it in their living room before they commit. NESTFORM knew that. We built a store that closes that gap as much as a screen possibly can.
The Challenge: Browsing furniture online is an exercise in imagination — and most stores make that harder than it needs to be. NESTFORM had a genuinely strong sustainable range at accessible price points, but their store wasn’t helping customers visualize anything. Product pages were thin, category navigation was confusing, and seasonal promotions were getting lost in a layout that had no clear commercial structure. For a category where purchase decisions take days, not minutes, every friction point was costing real revenue.
Our Approach: We designed the store around the way people actually shop for furniture — by room, by category, by mood. The homepage led with a clean, confident hero that established NESTFORM’s sustainability positioning without making it feel like a lecture. The Shop By Category grid gave customers an immediate visual map of the range, while the product page for the Coral Bloom Sofa was rebuilt with multiple color variants, room context photography, and a “Picture Your Style” section that helped customers see the piece in a space before committing to a purchase.
Results & Impact: The redesigned product pages reduced return rates by 29% — customers arrived better informed and left fewer disappointed. Seasonal sale banners drove a 47% higher click-through rate than previous promotional periods, and the category grid became the most-used navigation element on the entire site, cutting the average time to first product view almost in half.
