Description
The supplement aisle is noisy, overcrowded, and full of exaggerated promises. SERENVITA chose a different path — honest ingredients, real science, and a brand built around genuine mental wellbeing. The store needed to reflect that same integrity without putting people to sleep in the process.
The Challenge: Wellness shoppers do their homework. They read labels, question claims, and compare ingredients before they ever think about adding something to their cart. SERENVITA had the formulations to stand up to that scrutiny — but their old store wasn’t inviting it. Product benefits were vague, the ingredient story was buried, and there was nothing guiding a first-time visitor from curiosity to conviction. The brand was losing customers not because the product was weak, but because the store wasn’t doing enough to earn their trust.
Our Approach: Every section was built to answer a question the customer was already asking. What does this actually do? What’s inside it? Has it worked for anyone like me? The homepage moved through each of those moments in sequence — leading with the brand promise, unpacking the science, and letting real customer stories close the gap between interest and purchase. The product page for the Ashwagandha Calm Gummies was treated as a full education moment, with ingredients, benefits, and usage context presented in a way that felt genuinely informative rather than a sales pitch dressed up in wellness language.
Results & Impact: SERENVITA’s Ashwagandha Calm Gummies became their first product to hit a consistent weekly sell-through rate within 60 days of the new store going live. Ingredient section engagement was the highest of any page element, confirming that their audience wanted the detail — they just needed it presented properly. Subscription sign-ups increased by 43% as the stronger product narrative gave customers enough confidence to commit beyond a one-time purchase.
