Description
NORDELLE carries a distinct warmth in everything they create — from the fabrics they choose to the way they speak to their customers. We built a Shopify theme that holds that same feeling, turning their store into a space that’s as inviting to browse as it is easy to buy from.
The Challenge: NORDELLE had a deeply loyal customer base and a strong aesthetic rooted in organic, earthy femininity — but their online store was telling a completely different story. The layout was inconsistent, the product pages lacked the context needed to sell fashion online, and seasonal campaigns were being launched into a homepage that had no real structure to support them. The brand deserved better than what their storefront was delivering.
Our Approach: We let the brand’s visual world lead every decision. The warm desert palette wasn’t just preserved — it was amplified, woven into the layout choices, spacing, and imagery framing across every page. The homepage was rebuilt around campaign storytelling, with the summer arrival hero given full visual priority before guiding shoppers into curated categories and latest arrivals. Product pages were enriched with styling notes and fabric details, giving customers the tactile context that’s so often missing when shopping fashion online.
Results & Impact: NORDELLE’s summer arrival campaign recorded their highest single-week traffic numbers since the brand launched. Product page time-on-site increased by 39%, and the enriched product descriptions contributed to a measurable drop in return rates as customers arrived at purchase decisions better informed. The new storefront didn’t just look like NORDELLE — it finally shopped like them too.
