Description
VIVEX is a women’s fashion brand that thrives on color, confidence, and variety. Their store needed to match that same energy — vibrant, easy to navigate, and built to convert across a broad and loyal customer base.
The Challenge: With a catalog spanning clothing, shoes, accessories, and bags across multiple demographics, VIVEX struggled to present their range without the store feeling cluttered. Promotions weren’t landing, category navigation was inconsistent, and the homepage wasn’t doing enough to pull customers deeper into the store. The brand had personality — the store just wasn’t showing it.
Our Approach: We built the theme around VIVEX’s most valuable asset — their visual energy. Bold, full-width campaign banners took the lead on the homepage, giving seasonal promotions the real estate they deserved. A multi-filter category section allowed customers to shop by gender, product type, or collection without losing their place. The popular products strip was positioned strategically to surface bestsellers early in the journey, reducing the time it took for a first-time visitor to find something worth buying.
Results & Impact: The summer arrival campaign launched to their best numbers yet — homepage banner clicks increased by 44% and the category filter section became the second most interacted element on the entire site. VIVEX also reported a 33% improvement in new customer retention over the following quarter, with more first-time visitors returning within 30 days than any previous period on record.
