Parents don’t just buy a stroller — they research, compare, and second-guess every detail before committing. PRAMORA needed a store that respected that process. We built them a Shopify experience that guides new parents from discovery to decision with clarity, warmth, and zero friction.
The Challenge: Selling premium baby products online comes with a unique set of hurdles. Customers need reassurance at every step — about safety, compatibility, and value. PRAMORA’s existing store was dumping too much information on the page without any real structure, leaving parents more confused than confident. Trust signals were buried, the product range felt overwhelming, and the checkout path had too many drop-off points.
Our Approach: We reorganized the entire store around the parent’s mindset. The homepage opened with a stroller finder tool — a simple, guided experience that helped visitors narrow down the right model based on their lifestyle. Product pages were rebuilt to lead with the most important specs first, supported by real parent reviews and an FAQ section that addressed the questions customers were already typing into Google. Every design decision was made to reduce anxiety and build confidence before the add-to-cart moment.
Results & Impact: PRAMORA saw a 43% reduction in pre-purchase support queries after the FAQ and review sections went live — customers were finding answers on their own. The stroller finder tool became their highest-engaged homepage element, with over 60% of new visitors interacting with it in the first month. Overall conversion on their flagship Transit 5 model improved by 31% within eight weeks of launch.
